Patient was in good spirits and cooperative throughout the visit. Blood pressure remains elevated at 158/96 — this is the third consecutive reading above normal range. Wound on the left lower leg is showing early signs of healing. The wound bed is clean with no signs of infection. Dressing was changed using sterile technique with Betadine solution and non-adhesive gauze. Patient ate a full breakfast prior to the visit and reports appetite as good. She mentioned mild fatigue in the mornings but no pain. Recommend follow-up visit within 48 hours to monitor BP. Family to be advised to reduce salt in meals and encourage gentle walking if patient is comfortable.
